Rental and Annual Maintenance Contract terms — including duration, cost, consumables coverage and service response times — are set out separately in the specific agreement for that equipment, and take precedence over this general page where they differ.

Payments

Payment terms are confirmed at the time of order or agreement. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and, unless stated otherwise, exclusive of applicable taxes.

Warranty & Repairs

Equipment we supply is covered by the manufacturer's warranty terms applicable at the time of purchase, plus any additional AMC or service coverage you've purchased from us. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized repairs, or use of non-genuine consumables where genuine consumables were specified.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website — including attempting to access it by means other than the interface we provide, submitting false information through our forms, or interfering with its normal operation.

Limitation of Liability
